THE VRAS-99 CERTIFICATION PATHWAY
VRAS-99 is delivered through a structured certification pathway designed to support progressive skill development in the analysis of written communications. Each level builds analytical capability while maintaining a consistent, indicator-based framework.
1.VRAS-99 Level 1: Foundations
The VRAS-99 Level 1 certification introduces the core principles, terminology, and analytical structure of the VRAS framework.
This level establishes a common analytical foundation for professionals working with written communications that may indicate fixation, grievance, or emerging risk.
Level 1 focuses on structured observation, analytical consistency, and disciplined interpretation rather than judgement or prediction.
2.VRAS-99 Specialist Certifications
VRAS-99 Specialist Certifications apply the VRAS Method to specific threat-communication contexts. TAS-99 specialist Certifications employ the VRAS Method in specific threat-communication settings. These targeted certifications aim to enhance analytical skills in defined environments while ensuring consistent methodology. Prior completion of VRAS-99 Level 1 or an approved equivalent is required for specialist certification
Specialist certifications may include focused modules addressing areas such as stalker communications, custodial correspondence, fixation-driven grievance writing, and other defined threat-communication contexts.
3.VRAS-99 Practitioner Certification
The VRAS-99 Practitioner Certification represents an advanced level of applied analytical competence. This certification focuses on integrating indicators, pattern recognition across multiple communications, and structured analytical reasoning.
Practitioner certification is intended for professionals who routinely assess or interpret written threat communications within operational or analytical roles.
4.VRAS-99 Threat-Communication Analyst Certification
The Threat Communications Analyst certification represents advanced analytical training focused on complex, high-risk, or persistent communication behaviours.
